  1. The Administrator processes personal data of Clients or individuals interested in the offer for the following purposes:

 

3.1. Processing of personal data to fulfill a contract. The Data Administrator processes the personal data of Clients or individuals interested in the activities of the Data Administrator based on Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR, for the purpose of concluding or performing a contract for which the processing of data is necessary. The Administrator processes personal data such as: name, surname, email, contact phone number, and NIP.

 

3.2. Processing of personal data based on legal obligations. The Data Administrator processes the personal data of Clients based on Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR, among others, for the purpose of issuing and storing invoices and accounting documents.

 

3.3 Processing of personal data for the realization of our legitimate interests. The Administrator processes the personal data of Clients or individuals interested in the Administrator’s activities based on Article 6 (1) ( f ) of the GDPR for the following purposes:

 

  1.  pursuing claims related to the concluded contract, where the legitimate interest of the Data Administrator is debt collection and conducting legal proceedings, determining, pursuing or defending against claims,

 

  1.  archival purposes,

 

  1.  conducting statistics, where the legitimate interest of the Data Administrator is to have information on the statistics of activities, which allows the improvement of the conducted business,

 

  1.  collecting statistical data and analyzing traffic on the website. The website ii-laser.pl collects information contained in the system logs (e.g. IP address). It is used for technical purposes related to the administration of the website. IP addresses are used to collect general statistical information about visitors to the website.

 

  1. security measures and prevention of breaches by introducing video surveillance at the headquarters of the Data Administrator.

 

  1. Possibility of consent withdrawal

 

 If the data is processed based on consent, individuals whose data is concerned have the right to withdraw their consent for the processing of personal data at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

  1. Voluntary data provision

Providing personal data is voluntary, however, failure to do so will prevent the conclusion and performance of the contract. If the contract has not yet been concluded, failure to provide data will prevent taking actions to conclude it. If the data is processed on the basis of consent, providing them is voluntary.

 

  1. Recipients of personal data 

Personal data will be processed solely by the Data Administrator or entities authorized by the Data Administrator (employees and cooperating persons), as well as entities processing data based on agreements concluded with the Data Administrator, including IT service providers, accounting services, entities providing legal assistance, and entities providing security services, to the extent necessary for the realization of the purposes for which personal data is processed. Such entities process data on the basis of a data processing agreement and only within the scope specified in the agreement, in accordance with the Administrator’s instructions.

 

  1. Storing period of personal data

Personal data of individuals whom it concerns will be kept for no longer than necessary.

 

7.1 If the basis for processing personal data is the performance of a contract, the personal data will be kept until the contract is performed. If the contract has been performed, the personal data will be processed for a period corresponding to the statute of limitations.

 

7.2 If the basis for processing is consent, the personal data will be processed until the consent is revoked (not longer than 5 years), and after the withdrawal of consent for the time corresponding to the period of limitations.

 

7.3 In the case of processing data in connection with legal obligations, the data will be processed to the extent and for the time required by law.

 

  1. Rights related to data owners

Individuals whose data is concerned have the following rights related to the processing of personal data: the right to access their personal data, the right to request correction of personal data, the right to request deletion of personal data, the right to request restriction of processing of personal data, the right to data transfer, the right to object.

 

  1. Objection to data processing

If an individual objects to the processing of their data, and the data is processed by the Data Administrator on the basis of legitimate interests or a task carried out in the public interest, the Administrator will consider the objection unless there are important, legally justified grounds for the processing, overriding the interests, rights, and freedoms of the person objecting, or the basis for establishing, pursuing or defending legal claims.

 

  1. Objection to direct marketing

If an individual objects to direct marketing, the Administrator will cease such processing.

 

  1. Right to lodge a complaint with authority

Individuals whose data is concerned have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority for the protection of personal data, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

 

  1. Lack of automated decisions

The Administrator will not make automated decisions, including decisions resulting from profiling, based on processed personal data of the individuals concerned.

 

  1. Data transfer to the third countries

The Administrator does not intend to transfer the personal data of Clients / individuals interested in the offer to the third countries outside the EEA or to international organizations.

Cookies – means computer data, in particular small text files, saved and stored on devices through which the User uses websites.

 

Session cookies – are stored on the User’s Device and remain there until the end of the session of a given browser. The stored information is then permanently deleted from the memory of the Device.
